The above ground stationary tornado shelter and safe room is a modular design that can expand and be modified to accommodate evolving needs. This unit can come in a variety of shapes and configurations to fit as little as three people, up to 250+ people. It is available for purchase either as a DIY storm shelter kit or can be installed by our trained installers. Unlike many other shelter options, the stationary unity features modular panels that can be brought in one at a time and installed anywhere a suitable concrete slab is present.
