This flexibility makes it suitable for single-family homes, businesses, schools, churches, and commercial facilities, with configurations ranging from small residential units to large-capacity shelters accommodating 250+ people.

Unlike one-piece shelters, the modular panel system allows each section to be brought in individually and assembled anywhere a suitable concrete slab is present, including garages, basements, warehouses, and outdoor pads.
